The HOTEL ASSET MANAGEMENT’S essential purpose is to oversee the business on behalf of hotel properties, work with the operational team and third-party asset management company, and increase hotel value over time.
This role would suit a current talented hotel practitioner, who has a background in hotel management or sales marketing, has knowledge of finance.
- Work with operational team and third-party asset management company, identify the right decisions to be made, and provide vital communication of information to keep each stakeholder on the same page.
- Basing on experience and insight to provides the stakeholder with a form of protection and a great understanding of hotel performance analysis.
- Track and analyse performance reports from Assent Operation company and provide recommendations and/or proposing new initiatives and development opportunities in support of the company’s goals.
- Assess property labour productivity and labour-management standards. Collaborate with third-party assent operation company to enhance results.
- Identify hotel trends with respect to competitors, staying current on market trends, promotions, rates, programming and overall benchmarking.
PREREQUISITES:
- Precise Analysis Ability: assessing and discovering patterns and trends that support strategic business decisions
- Stellar communication skills
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision and problem resolutions is an added advantage
Salary: $100k-$150k Plus Super
