A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Recruiter to join a fun and Real Estate focused recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to source and secure high calibre candidates for various roles and meet recruitment targets.
  • Work strategically with management to forecast, talent map, direct source, formulate go-to market strategies and meet deadlines for critical upcoming leads.
  • Gain requirements from clients and work to fill these roles by whatever method and media is most appropriate, utilising competency-based recruitment methods where necessary.
  • Advise and support clients to use best practice selection methodologies to ensure that we hire talent that is aligned to People Capabilities, Culture and Values.
  • Write articulate and attractive job advertisements that will draw attention of the very best talent.
  • Manage the offer stage process end-to-end, including reference checks, contract management, verbal offers and follow up.
  • Innovate and execute continuous improvement initiatives throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Manage relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Employee Value Proposition to competitively differentiate the firm in the talent market.

Based in Southeastern suburbs, this role requires an immediate start.The successful candidate must have Real Estate experience in Real Estate Agencies, Development Companies or Construction Companies.
