Our client is an award-winning CFD broker—an Australian online financial trading company specializing in foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales team by managing marketing initiatives and sales-related activities to ensure seamless operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM performance and assist in executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Create, edit, and produce marketing materials (copywriting, graphics, videos) to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, including exhibitions and online seminars.
  • Collect and analyze performance data, preparing insights and reports to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Support the preparation of meeting materials, event planning documents, and customer data to facilitate smooth cross-departmental communication.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to operate effectively in a bilingual environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CMS and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design, or video editing) are highly desirable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in marketing and sales tasks.
  • A proactive team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
  • Interest or background in trading, FX, or finance is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and refine strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • RG146 certification is preferred.

Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
