Our client is a boutique local property investment company, they are now seeking an Administration Assistant to work in their Eastern Suburb based office.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office administration.
  • Basic monthly bookkeeping and liaison with the company accountant.
  • To assist managers in the optimization of the business.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely management of information flow.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including producing high-quality meeting minutes promptly and accurately.
  • Assist manager to complete monthly company reports.
  • Prepare and format information for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant contractors and business partners for the implementation of assigned projects.
  • Manage office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, speaking and writing
  • Strong time management, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in office applications with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with a readiness to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality of company information
  • A current Victorian driver’s license and a reliable car
  • Knowledge in building and construction is a plus
  • Skills in document management, data handling, and bookkeeping are preferred

Salary: $50k-$55k Plus Super
