Our client is a newly established real estate firm experiencing rapid growth, which is expanding quickly and offers significant career advancement opportunities. They are now looking for a professional Business Development Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new businesses and maintain good relationships with clients 
  • Focusing business development efforts in the area around the office for growth in the department
  • Stay up to date with the latest Tenancy Laws and regulations
  • Consist of follow-up pipeline for converting warm leads into contracts 
  • Play good teamwork with the internal Sales teams to secure potential clients 
  • Expanding referral channels to grow the pipeline 
  • Represent the company in the best way and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, messages, and emails promptly and professionally
  • Obtain new businesses and meet monthly KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven Real Estate experience in a similar role is required
  • An outstanding business development record and a strong network to work with will be an advantage
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese speaking skills are preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in decision-making
  • Australian Citizen / PR
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicles

Salary: $80k-$100k package plus bonus
