A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a high-performance recruitment agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Market mapping and identify high growth prospects
  • Driving new revenue from designated/ key/ named clients
  • Proactive outreach to prospects
  • Achieving agreed revenue/ quota targets and KPIs
  • Building a social media presence to maximize market share
  • Development and maintenance of relevant industry contacts
  • Sourcing and screening “A” grade candidates
  • Supporting Directors with bulk sourcing assignments
  • Attending client visits
  • Ad Hoc tasks as required
  • Continuous learning, training and development

Requirements:

  • Hard-working person
  • A good team player
  • Has good work ethics
  • Reliable and have great customer service
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Working experience in sales, customer service and BDM is not required but preferred
  • Speaks great English and Chinese
  • Goal Achiever

The successful candidate must be an Australian PR / Citizen. Real Estate experience in Real Estate Agencies, Development Companies, Construction Companies, and the Finance industry is preferred.
