Our client is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Chairman, overseeing multiple businesses, including Finance, Real Estate and Arts. This dynamic role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage high-level priorities across various ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support – Serve as the Founder’s right-hand, managing schedules, priorities, and high-level correspondence.
  • Business Oversight – Ensure seamless operations across multiple businesses, liaising with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Decision-Making Support – Conduct research, prepare reports, and draft responses to stakeholder inquiries while managing approval processes.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • Operational Efficiency – Streamline administrative and business processes to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Relationship Management – Foster strong internal and external relationships to align with the Founder’s objectives.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, ideally in a multi-business environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to oversee operations and support decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing confidential matters with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Mandarin proficiency is desirable.

Salary: $80k -$90k package plus bonus
