Head Of Property Management

Our client is a premium brand market leading agency, now seeking an experienced property management leader to drive the success of their rental division.

Responsibility

• Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting the rental team
• Developing and implementing strategies to expand and rapidly growing portfolio 
• Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and industry regulations 
• Has high-level problem resolution skill and able to deliver excellent customer experience
• Overseeing trust accounting compliance and financial reporting 
• Make sure all the clients are happy with the rental services
• Implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency 

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role is a must
• Strong leadership skills with previous team management experience is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Victorian rental legislation and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills 
• A proactive approach to business development and growth strategies 
• Experience with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate is preferred
• Saturday work will be offered with time in lieu
