Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100-120  properties end to end, including leasing, with administrative support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a professional manner
  • Collaborate closely with the property management team to maintain efficiency and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements
  • Screen and secure tenants, manage lease agreements and oversee sign-ups, reviews, and renewals
  • Oversee rental arrears management and ensure timely follow-up
  • Archive, file, and distribute property-related documents, ensuring proper documentation management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using the PropertyTree system
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Real Estate
  • Requires working on Saturdays with day in lieu.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Holds a valid Agent Representative Certificate
  • A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, compliance requirements, disbursement processes, and general Property Management practices
  • Australian PR or Citizen
