Our client is a financial service company located in the inner city area. They aim to remove the jargon from the process of getting a loan, educate and give customers more choice, with more ease. They are now looking for a BDM to join their production team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new relationships with potential clients
- Arranging phone, Zoom and face-to-face meetings
- Connect with referral parties for potential new leads
- Assisting Brokers with loan documents collection
- Liaising with lenders and stakeholders on information they require, timeframes and outcomes, as well as making settlement arrangements
- Managing client relationships, keeping them up to date with progress and outcomes (pre & post settlement, ongoing marketing)
- Working with clients, bank BDMs and credit assessing teams, as well as internal stakeholders
- General office duties and assisting the processing and lending specialist team with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills
- Proactive, creative, can think outside the box
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Advanced problem solving and negotiating skills
- Attention to details skill is very important
- Must be comfortable Liaising with Lenders, Customers and other external parties including valuers, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents and Accountants
Salary: $50k - $60k Plus Super Plus Commission
