RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and ensure timely response to queries, passing on the correct information to the team to assist
  • Professionally greet all incoming visitors to the office with a friendly manner
  • Attend to incoming emails in a professional manner and offer solution or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist clients with enquiries and interpretation of leasing and sales material
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files at all times
  • Receipt money and issue of transaction receipts for rentals
  • Prepare point of sale items – such as window cards, open for inspection lists
  • Prepare all necessary documents and new sign up forms including tenant packs, landlord packs, vacate folders
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of tenants, landlord / vendor and client requirements.
  • Assist with general administration including general reporting, key logs, printing stocklists, filing/archiving
  • Enter all register of interest forms completed by potential tenants into our CRM System
  • Assist the Property Management and Sales teams with administrative and property duties
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy at all times, in line with style guide and branch procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and task management skill
  • At least 1 year + of Real Estate working experience in a similar role
  • PR / Citizen is preferred

Salary: $60k - $75k Plus Super
