As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Receptionist who embodies their dedication to quality, innovation, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting all the client in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly.
  • Manage general email correspondence, responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow up on solicitors for properties’ contract of sale and settlement dates, ensuring all parties are informed and deadlines are met.
  • Track and follow up on deposit payments, liaising with buyers and the finance team.
  • Coordinate property private inspections appointments for the team
  • Maintain an organized system for key management, including tracking, issuing, and retrieving keys.
  • Ensure all legal and sales documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, receipt tracking, and reconciling deposits.
  • Coordinate with external parties (e.g., agents, buyers, solicitors) to resolve queries and expedite processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • At least 6 months + of Real Estate work experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • PR / Citizen is preferred

Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
