Real Estate Sales Support

Our client is a Real Estate Services company that provides a one-step total property solution exclusively for property owners. Their sales team are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to work with the lead agent across core market areas. You will have great exposure to high profile clients and a huge opportunity for career progression & growth.

Responsibilities:

This is a role for someone that is looking to support a recognised name and agent with scope to become their own agent.

• Joining a forward-thinking team, on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
• Working alongside & supporting a high performing Agent
• Database prospecting, development, and maintenance
• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, solicitors & tenants
• Handling potential buyer inquiries
• Assisting with auctions, sale campaigns & letter box drops
• Attending meetings with photographers, stylists
• Email, appointment, and diary management
• Buyer call-backs following open homes
• Setting up & collecting signboards
• Attending weekly sales meetings & training
• General administration duties  
• Conducting open-homes alongside lead agent (Saturday non-negotiable)
• Preparing properties for open homes, preparation of open packs

Requirements:

• Ideally 6-12 months real estate experience
• A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
• Must be 100% committed to succeed in real estate
• Ability to think outside the box & resolve situations
• Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
• Must be available to work on Saturdays with RDO midweek
• The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
