Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships
  • Attend rental appraisals and provide expert rental advice
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Leverage a buoyant database to increase residential properties under management
  • Identify and secure new residential managements
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with property and building managers for business development
  • Present properties professionally to prospective clients
  • Promote properties via effective marketing strategies
  • Negotiate leasing terms and close deals efficiently
  • Report monthly KPIs
The Ideal Candidate
  • Background in property, ideally as a Property Manager, Sales Agent, or Assistant
  • Agents’ Representative certification (mandatory)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
  • Confidence to approach new and existing residential rental leads
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
  • Mandarin-speaking skill is a must

Salary: $75k - $85k plus super plus commission
