Responsibilities:
- Supporting with open homes, auctions, buyer callbacks, and administrative tasks
- Prospect for and secure new property sales
- Complete documentation including exclusive sale and auction authorities
- Provide advice to property owners
- Conduct property inspections and open homes
- Organize property repairs and maintenance, including property condition reports
- Liaising with legal representatives and suppliers
- Management and marketing of properties
- Conduct market appraisals
- Seeking out and introducing buyers to properties
- Prospecting activities such as door-knocking, letter drops, e-marketing, and direct marketing (training provided)
- Database management
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Good spoken communication skills in Mandarin are preferred
- Minimum 1 year of sales-related experience in the industry
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed and polished appearance, reflecting the high standards of the organisation
- Presented with confidence and professionalism in all client and team interactions
- Possess exceptional communication abilities, including active listening and clear articulation. Adept at tailoring communication styles to suit various clients
- Excel in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and ensuring a positive experience. Skilled in understanding and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations
- Embrace feedback and pursue ongoing development to stay ahead in the industry
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving excellence in all tasks. Exhibit reliability, integrity, and a proactive approach to challenges, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Valid Agents Representative Certificate required
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
Salary: $55k - $65k plus super plus commission
