The Role

The role of the Sales Coordinator will be focused on strong internal service activity.  It is expected that applicants who apply have some experience in Real Estate and can demonstrate prior success in a support role with the ability to build on relationships with sales offices in order to deliver accurate information to the widespread sales team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all enquiries from 15+ sales offices, including project information, stock enquires, sales enquiries and other general enquiries in different states.
  • Obtain new projects from Developers or Master Agents.
  • Categorise and process marketing information from Developers or Master Agents.
  • Support the sales team throughout the entire sales process particularly through contract execution, settlement and post-settlement/after-service phases.
  • Produce regular project summaries for the sales team.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

  • Property experience PREFERRED
  • Experience with CRM systems, (Salesforce or similar)
  • Excellent English & Mandarin written & verbal skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and credibility with a range of key stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with a solution focused and growth mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications or Post Graduate qualifications in Property related discipline HIGH REGARDED
  • Agents Representative License – Preferred
