Our client is an award-winning CFD broker—an Australian online financial trading company specializing in foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales team by managing marketing initiatives and sales-related activities to ensure seamless operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to support sales efforts.
- Monitor SEO/SEM performance and assist in executing digital marketing strategies.
- Create, edit, and produce marketing materials (copywriting, graphics, videos) to strengthen brand awareness.
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, including exhibitions and online seminars.
- Collect and analyze performance data, preparing insights and reports to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support the preparation of meeting materials, event planning documents, and customer data to facilitate smooth cross-departmental communication.
- Provide administrative and sales support to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to operate effectively in a bilingual environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working in multi-cultural environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CMS and CRM tools is a plus.
- Content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design, or video editing) are highly desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in marketing and sales tasks.
- A proactive team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
- Interest or background in trading, FX, or finance is advantageous.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- RG146 certification is preferred.
