Senior Property Manager

Our client is a well-established boutique agency that specialises in property management services, with a strong focus on delivering professional, attentive, and client-first solutions. As their business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Property Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants to avoid management loss
  
• Manage end-to-end property management for approx 100 residential properties, primarily located in the Inner-City areas and Southeastern suburbs
  
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
  
• Oversee rental arrears control
  
• Handle lease renewals and rent reviews
  
• Prepare and attend VCAT hearings
• Make sure all the documents meet with all the regulations and compliance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Has minimum 3 years plus Property Management experience in Real Estate is a must
• A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
  
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  
• VCAT experience and insurance claim handling experience (essential)
  
• Strong knowledge of PropertyTree and Inspection Express (highly regarded)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (with time in lieu)
  
• High reliability, organization, and time management skills
