They are now seeking a Senior Forex Sales to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities 

  • Create and implement a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial success and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strict compliance with professional ethics relevant to financial industry professionals
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and understand customer demands
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with potential clients
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services, aligning with or anticipating client goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key metrics
  • Offer reliable feedback and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Foster and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

Requirements 

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in currency exchange operations or a related financial work experience
  • Demonstrated professional background in sales and business development
  • A solid track record of successful sales performance
  • A highly motivated professional with a demonstrated history of achieving KPI
  • Experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Effective time management and strategic planning capabilities
  • Latest six months’ police check 
  • Australia PR / Citizen

Salary: $65k-$85k plus super plus commission
