They are now seeking a Senior Forex Sales to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial success and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strict compliance with professional ethics relevant to financial industry professionals
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and understand customer demands
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with potential clients
- Present and promote the company’s products and services, aligning with or anticipating client goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key metrics
- Offer reliable feedback and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Foster and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in currency exchange operations or a related financial work experience
- Demonstrated professional background in sales and business development
- A solid track record of successful sales performance
- A highly motivated professional with a demonstrated history of achieving KPI
- Experience in customer support is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Effective time management and strategic planning capabilities
- Latest six months’ police check
- Australia PR / Citizen
Salary: $65k-$85k plus super plus commission
